Citizens Bank launches Citizens Bank Mortgage

Batesville-based Citizens Bank has launched Citizens Bank Mortgage, a full-service mortgage division.

As the mortgage industry experiences significant growth, with total mortgage origination volume projected to increase to $2.3 trillion in 2025 from $1.79 trillion in 2024, Citizens Bank said the new division will allow it to better serve the community by offering comprehensive mortgage solutions.

“Launching Citizens Bank Mortgage is a natural extension of our People First philosophy,” said Jeff Teague, CEO of Citizens Bank. “Our goal is to simplify the home buying process, making it more accessible and less intimidating for our customers.”

Mortgage specialists can assist customers through every step of the home financing process.

If interest rates drop within 12 months of closing, Citizens Bank Mortgage said it will refinance eligible loans with no additional origination fees.
