Michael Shane Taylor

Michael Shane Taylor, 47, of Van Buren, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. He was born on January 10, 1978, in Fort Smith, AR. Shane, or “Unc” as he was affectionately known by his young nieces and nephews, was a loving son, brother, and uncle. He is survived by his parents, John and Mary Taylor; his siblings, Sarah and David; and his beloved nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on May 5, 2025, at Edwards Funeral Home, with a visitation starting at 5 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the local animal shelter.
