Larry Hendrickson, 76, of Van Buren, passed away Monday, May 19, 2025 in Fort Smith. He was born October 5, 1948 in Springfield, MO to the late Charles and Dorothy (Garrett) Hendrickson. He was a Vietnam veteran serving in the U.S. Army. He worked in sales for Nabisco.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Jill Hendrickson; and a son, David Hendrickson.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela Hendrickson of the home; two daughters, Jennifer Gragg and husband Michael of Arkoma, and Julie Stockton and husband Brandon of Van Buren; a stepson, Blake Mashburn of Van Buren; two sisters, Norma Graham of Claremore, OK, and Lynda Bettinger and husband Rob of Sand Springs, OK; a brother, James Hendrickson and wife Sally of Claremore; his mother-in-law, “MeMe” Alta Beckham of Van Buren; eleven grandchildren, Nathan and Jadah Gragg, Abby Gragg, Mackenzie Hester, Noah Hendrickson, Bentley Soultaire, Brycen Hamilton, Jacob Hendrickson, Micah Hendrickson, Tyler Stockton, and Zoee Mashburn; and two great-grandsons, Hudson and Hunter Gragg.

Pallbearers are Nathan Gragg, Noah Hendrickson, Bentley Soultaire, Brycen Hamilton, Jacob Hendrickson, Micah Hendrickson, Tyler Stockton, Hunter Gragg, and Hudson Gragg.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 23, 2025 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel. Committal will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at the Fort Smith National Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.

The family will visit with friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, May 22, 2025, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
