Visit Bentonville launches monthly culinary podcast

Visit Bentonville recently launched video podcast “Dining Out in Bentonville” featuring Bentonville restaurants, according to a news release.

Viewers can learn about Bentonville’s dining culture and restaurants, its chefs, and get a recipe to try at home, the release shows. In each episode, chefs are challenged to put their own spin on a grilled cheese sandwich.

The podcast is hosted by chef Biju Thomas, who also hosts Outside TV’s “The Road Less Eaten.” Thomas, a lifelong cyclist and professional cook, was born in India and lived in Boulder, Colo., before moving to Bentonville.

The podcast will release new episodes on the first Wednesday of each month. The first episode features Conifer chef Matt Cooper, a 2025 James Beard award nominee.

Visit Bentonville is funded by the Bentonville Advertising and Promotion Commission which was established in 1996. The commission is supported by a 2% tax on lodging and meeting space and a 1% tax on restaurant and dining establishments.
