Marrs to open Bentonville store

HGTV’s “Fixer to Fabulous” stars Dave and Jenny Marrs plan to open their second store this spring in Northwest Arkansas, according to a news release. Marrs on Main will be located at 111 S. Main St. in Bentonville.

“We love our community and are always looking for opportunities to highlight the incredible local artisans we work with,” Jenny Marrs said. “Marrs on Main will feature all of our favorite handmade pottery, leather goods, art and home decor. We will also bring in one-of-a-kind furniture pieces, handmade light fixtures, and antiques that Dave and I have personally sourced around the world. Much like our Centerton location, our hope for Marrs on Main is that it is a place where the things we sell each tell a story and encourage visitors to seek beauty in all things and in all people.”

Nonprofit Downtown Bentonville Inc. recruited the Marrs to open a store near the downtown square and Walmart museum, the release shows. Downtown Bentonville Inc. will move its offices to a new location in an office next to Marrs on Main.

Downtown Bentonville Inc. board president Kirk Gober with Schlumberger Scherer Construction and executive committee board member Randall Hurban with rh Architectural Designs helped to bring about this project.

Executive Director Dana Schlagenhaft. “We’re looking forward to welcoming visitors from near and far to experience Marrs on Main — and while they’re here, they can explore our amazing restaurants, shops, museums, and everything else that makes downtown Bentonville so special.”
