Construction industry materials producer WinTech of Missouri has acquired Pocahontas Aluminum Company, a window and door manufacturer based in Pocahontas.

Pocahontas Aluminum Company, established in 1963, manufactures materials used in the modular home, food truck, deer blind, and other industries.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. WinTech President Jack Williams said he is looking forward to the merger of the two companies.

“We are thrilled to welcome Pocahontas Aluminum Company into the WinTech family,” said Williams. “This acquisition represents an exciting opportunity to combine the strengths and expertise of two great companies, driving greater value for our customers and employee-owners. Together, we will leverage our collective resources and capabilities to improve customer solutions and enhance our competitive position in the market.”

Pocahontas Aluminum Company has traditionally been one of the top jobs producers in Randolph County with an employee roster of about 170.

The acquisition will expand WinTech’s customer base and will allow the company to connect with customers across various industries.

The company will continue to operate under the Pocahontas Aluminum Company brand and will remain in Pocahontas, the company reported.
