10X Growth Accelerator applications open for next cohort

Conductor announced the opening of applications for the 8th cohort of its 10X Growth Accelerator program. Funding for the 10X Growth Accelerator is provided by the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, making the program available to eligible businesses at no cost.
The program is tailored for Arkansas-based tech or tech-enabled companies with revenues ranging from $100,000 to $10 million. The program offers a comprehensive 14-week intensive curriculum designed to propel businesses towards exponential growth and success. Companies will work with our expert advisors to craft strategies for long-term sustainable growth.
The curriculum of the program encompasses essential areas such as Leadership & Culture, Strategic Growth Planning, Operational Effectiveness, Innovation Readiness, Financial Health, Digital Readiness, and Revenue Velocity. This comprehensive approach equips participants with the tools and strategies necessary to achieve 10X growth.

The Conductor is a public-private partnership with the University of Central Arkansas and Startup Junkie. Over 90 companies have participated in past Conductor accelerator programs.
The application deadline for the 10X Growth Accelerator is May 31st, 2024. The program will begin with a “Kick-Off” on August 20th, 2024, convening every Tuesday from 3-6 p.m. in Conway, Arkansas.
