$6.25 million office building, warehouse top Craighead County property deals

Control Tek Inc. made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County, from Dec. 15 to Jan. 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. The company spent $6.25 million on the Farr Company office building and warehouse. The deal was completed Jan. 9.

Noell Real Estate Inc. made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. The company bought a retail store on Highland Drive for $1.9 million and the deal was completed Dec. 22.

In the third largest transaction in the region, Ponderosa Point LLC bought residential acres on Ridgepointe Drive. The deal was for $1.758 million and was completed Jan. 4.
