Tempus Realty Partners, an Arkansas-based real estate investment partnership, said Wednesday (Jan. 17) that a new $70 million Westrock Coffee Co. facility in Conway is completed.

In a news release, company officials said the production and distribution facility was “fast-tracked” after it was announced in January 2023 and construction finished in late December. The project consists of a 530,000-square-foot industrial facility built on 30 acres. The building features a 36-foot clear height, a 13,000-square-foot mezzanine office, 100,000 square feet of air-conditioned production area, extensive power distribution, and an exterior enclosed machine room.

Tempus led the development team with Clark Contractors, Lewis Architects, Engineering Consultants and Build Nimble/Colliers Arkansas as construction managers.

Ted Dickey of Lighthouse Asset Advisors represented Westrock Coffee.

“Every member of our team, including the city of Conway who helped at every turn, went to extraordinary lengths to complete this project on time and under budget,” said Mark Saviers, Tempus Realty Partners’ general partner and leader of the development team. “We overcame torrential spring rains and supply chain issues by great teamwork and by working seven-day weeks most of the year to meet the deadline.”

The new warehouse is at 1430 William J. Clark Drive. It supports product and packaging produced at Westrock Coffee’s expanded extract and ready-to-drink manufacturing facility in Conway and additional distribution needs.

“We are pleased with the collaborative effort of this team and are grateful to the state of Arkansas and the city of Conway for their continued support,” said Will Ford, Westrock’s group president of operations.
