Residential land makes up top recent Craighead County property deals

Alpine Income Property OP LP made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County, from Oct. 15 to Nov. 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. The company spent $1.55 million on a house and acres in Lake City. The deal was completed Oct. 16.

John and Misty Layman made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. They bought 160 acres in the West Side School District for $1.1 million and the deal was completed Nov. 9.

In the third largest transaction in the region, The Yochum Revocable Living Trust bought a house in Rosewood Estates. The deal was for $650,000 and was completed Oct. 30.
