Northwest Arkansas commercial printing company Moxy (formerly Moxy Ox) is investing more than $2 million to build a new headquarters west of Interstate 49 in Springdale.

The company’s new building at 307 N. 48th St. will replace the 4,600-square-foot location at 195 S. Maestri Road in Tontitown.

The new building is approximately 10,000 square feet. Moxy will lease about 70%. The remaining space will be leasable office/warehouse space or for Moxy to grow into.

Randy and Missy Hurban and Matt Huber own the business. A business entity the Hurbans own bought the land (1.14 acres) in August 2022 for $375,000 ($7.55 per square foot).

Huber said construction should be completed by midway through 2024. JC Construction in Rogers is the general contractor.

“We are so excited to be building our new facility because we are literally out of production space at our current location,” Randy Hurban said.

Hurban’s son, Rogers architect Randall Hurban, is the building designer through his practice, rh Architectural Designs. Fayetteville firms Prigm Engineering and Jorgensen & Associates are working on the project.

Fayetteville-based Signature Bank of Arkansas is financing construction.

Moxy has eight employees. It began in July 2011 as the in-house printing and advertising division of Springdale-based Chandler Equipment Inc.

Huber did not disclose specific revenue figures. He said the company has experienced year-over-year growth of 22% in 2021 and 38% in 2022, with 2023 projecting somewhere in between.
