Flyer Homes opens downtown Springdale location

A real estate agency that opened in 2013 in Fayetteville recently opened a second office in downtown Springdale.

Flyer Homes’ new office is at 726 E. Emma Street. According to a news release, Katie Dabbs and TJ Bowen, a recently married couple who previously worked as agents at Flyer Homes’ original office in south Fayetteville, will co-own the Springdale office as a franchise location.

Bowen is the principal broker. Cheyanne Miller and Sean Hubbard are also agents in the Springdale office, and the company is looking to hire additional agents.

“We are thrilled to be back with Flyer Homes, and we look forward to bringing some fun elements of the brand to our customers and clients at Flyer Homes Springdale,” Bowen said. “We are also excited to be part of the energy and excitement that is happening in downtown Springdale right now, and we look forward to being a part of that community for years to come.”

Jay Downing (principal broker), Todd Gill and Dustin Bartholomew are Flyer Homes’ co-founders. Gill and Bartholomew own the hyper-local news site FayettevilleFlyer.com, launched in 2007.

“We love TJ and Katie and couldn’t be happier to be working with them again and helping them to achieve their goals to be small business owners in the Springdale community,” Downing said. “They are both wonderful to work with, and we  look forward to watching them grow and build their business in Springdale.”

Since its founding, Flyer Homes has sold over $175 million in real estate in and around Fayetteville.
