How significant to you is developing a diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) culture within your organization? Extremely important, but it requires intentionality.

Which skills do you think are most important when it comes to leadership? Communication and empathy.

If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would it be and why? I would trade places with a younger me. I’d like to see my grandparents again.

What’s your favorite movie or television show? “The Pursuit of Happyness”

What are your thoughts on working from home? I think there can be a healthy balance of both office and home. The casual transfer of knowledge and creation of peer relationships is where the office is hard to beat.

Do you think artificial intelligence (AI) can take jobs in your industry? Technology has been pivoting labor/jobs since the beginning of time. There will be a repurposing of skills/talents and a season of adaptation/evolution of work, as there always is when step change occurs.

What is the best business advice someone has ever given you? Create an environment where people are willing to run bad news to you, even if they walk good news.
