Armor Bank adds three to board

Forrest City-based Armor Bank announced an expansion of its board of directors that will add Mark Phillips, Ryan Carwell and Cody Crawford to the board effective immediately.

Ryan Carwell is the president of Poinsett Rice & Grain Inc. in Jonesboro. Poinsett Rice & Grain has 10 locations across Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri and provides rice and grain merchandising, logistics, and milling services. Born and raised in Harrisburg, he and his wife, Becca, have three children and live in Jonesboro.

Cody Crawford is the owner and founder of C.R. Crawford Construction based in Fayetteville. Crawford is on the board of directors for the Arkansas Game & Fish Foundation. A native of El Dorado, he and his wife, Joni, have three children and live in Fayetteville.

Mark Phillips is the owner of Mark Phillips Construction. Since 2000, he has been building custom homes, specifically in Rogers and Bentonville. Mark Phillips Construction is a premier builder for the Shadow Valley community. He is a member of the Northwest Arkansas Home Builders Association. Raised in Springdale, he and his wife, Jessica, have three children and live in Rogers.

Armor Bank is a full-service community bank with $407 million in assets as of June 30, 2023. The Rogers location, which will be the 11th location for Armor Bank in Arkansas, is set to open on October 24.
