Waco Title announces operational changes, new concierge closing service

Springdale-based Waco Title Co. has implemented operational changes in seven of its 24 locations in Arkansas and southwest Missouri.
The company has moved to appointment-only hours at its Greenbrier, Cabot and Little Rock (Cantrell Road) locations in Arkansas and its Springfield, Joplin and Pineville locations in Missouri. A location in Mount Vernon, Mo., will permanently close at the end of the year.
A new concierge service called “Closings on the Go” has been introduced for impacted locations. The service provides a streamlined closing process using customized vans, making transactions more convenient for customers.
The concierge service is offered at no extra cost.
“At Waco Title, we continuously look for opportunities to increase efficiencies and enhance the customer experience,” president and CEO Sara Heck said. “As the real estate market changes, we must also be willing to adapt to ensure we make the closing process as seamless and smooth as possible.
“While we have been offering mobile closing services for several years, Closings on the Go will enable us to offer next-level services — meeting the customer where they are and with everything they need to complete the transaction.”
Other Waco Title locations will continue to provide title and closing services, including mobile closing services.
