Summit Utilities appoints Kevin Crass to board of directors

Summit Utilities, Inc. has appointed Kevin Crass, an attorney and longtime Arkansan, to the company’s board of directors.

Crass, a partner in the Litigation Practice Group of Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP, focuses his practice on complex business litigation in federal and state courts. He serves on the University of Arkansas Board of Trustees, Board of Visitors of the UA Little Rock, Chair of the War Memorial Stadium Commission, and is past Chairman of the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Crass was also the executive director of the transition team for Arkansas Gov. Sarah Sanders.

Crass is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University and the University of Arkansas Little Rock School of Law.
