Connections: Rogers tech firm Engine hires Czlapinski

Rogers agency Engine, a consumer packaged goods (CPG) omnichannel software business, has hired Jim Czlapinski as senior vice president of product and partner strategy.

Czlapinski has 20 years of experience in IT, product management and customer advocacy across CPG, retail and data analytics. He spent the past decade working for The Hershey Co.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in physics in 2007 from the University of Arkansas and was part of a student team selected by NASA to research microgravity and asteroid formation.

Nick Dozier (CEO) and Pat Lockridge (COO) launched Engine in August 2022, focusing on the Walmart Inc. supplier community. The company’s products include retail data connectors, store and e-commerce data, automated reporting, dashboarding, A/B testing, forecasting, assortment precision and clustering.

Engine has approximately 40 employees.
