Bentonville-based Metova, a software development firm, and Central Standard Talent (CST), a recruitment and career-coaching hub for Mexican IT talent, have merged to form Metova Strategies.

The deal was finalized on July 1, and the companies announced details Tuesday (July 11) in a news release. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Both firms have offices in downtown Bentonville’s Ledger office building. Metova relocated its corporate headquarters from Tennessee to Bentonville earlier this year. CST, which maintained headquarters in Guadalajara, Mexico, established a U.S. headquarters in Bentonville earlier this year.

“With our combined US headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas, and an extended network across Latin America through our merger with Central Standard Talent, we are optimally positioned to cater to a broad range of client needs. Operating at the intersection of technology, talent, and transformative growth, we serve as a trusted partner, empowering businesses to navigate and lead in their respective markets, staying ahead of trends, and consistently maintaining their competitive edge,” Josh Smith, the CEO of Metova Strategies, said in the release.

Metova Strategies is a verified veteran-owned business. More details about the merger can be found here.
