Tennessee-based Crye-Leike Real Estate Services has promoted Sherry Laemmle of Bentonville to vice president and general manager of its Northwest Arkansas region, a new market position.

Laemmle has nearly 30 years of real estate experience and has worked for Crye-Leike for 10 years. She was previously managing broker of the company’s Bella Vista office.

“I am incredibly honored to take this next step in my management career,” Laemmle said. “We have amazing managing brokers in our Northwest Arkansas region, and I look forward to encouraging and supporting them to grow their offices in any way I can.”

Laemmle has been a director on the Northwest Arkansas Board of Realtors, president of the Rogers-Bentonville Junior Auxillary and a member of the Bella Vista Business Association. She holds the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and co-sponsors “Dog Days of Summer,” an event hosted by the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.

On the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s list of Largest Real Estate Firms published in March, Crye-Leike ranked No. 7 with a 2022 residential sales volume of $397.13 million. The company had 144 agents with regional offices in Beaver Lake, Bella Vista, Bentonville, Gentry, Fayetteville, Siloam Springs and Springdale.

Crye-Leike has more than 3,200 sales associates, over 800 employees, and approximately 140 company-owned and franchise offices throughout an eight-state footprint. In 2022, the firm generated $8.5 billion in sales and had 27,375 closed transaction sides.
