New York-based eyewear retailer Warby Parker opened its first Arkansas store on May 20 at Pinnacle Hills Promenade near Interstate 49 in Rogers.

The store at 2203 Promenade Boulevard is in Suite 8165 near Lululemon. It is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. (noon to 6 p.m. Sundays) and carries a full line of glasses and sunglasses. A company spokesperson said the Rogers store is not initially offering contacts and eye exams as other locations do.

Warby Parker, a publicly traded business (NYSE: WRBY) founded in 2010, began as a direct-to-consumer company and opened its first store in 2013. The company has around 210 brick-and-mortar locations across the U.S. and Canada.

The brand opened six stores in the first quarter of the year. The growing store fleet helped boost the company’s sales by 12% year-over-year in the first quarter of 2023.

The Rogers store has eight employees.
