The developers of Greensborough Village in Jonesboro recently announced the addition of Divots Golf Lounge to the development. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, nor was a timeline for the project’s completion.

“This is such an exciting announcement for Greensborough Village,” said Gary Harpole, Managing Partner and Director of Development for Halsey Thrasher Harpole Real Estate Group. “This is exactly the kind of unique business, hospitality and entertainment offerings that are calling the Village home. It is family-oriented, unique to the market, and will offer the latest in technology and service to its members and clients. We could not be more excited.”

Divots Golf Lounge is owned by Brock and Mandy Bullard, who have a son, Brock, who played the game all the way through college. He has worked as an assistant superintendent after college at several golf courses throughout Northeast Arkansas.

Divots Golf Lounge Phase I opening will be an 8,000-square-foot climate-controlled indoor golf entertainment and practice facility in the first multi-use center of the development known as The Village Shoppes at Greensborough Village.

It will open with six simulator bays as well as chipping mats for short game practice. Phase 2 expansion will include four more simulator bays.

“We have been waiting for months to make this announcement and are so glad the day has finally come,” said Mandy Bullard. “This is a passion project for our entire family and the realization of a shared dream we’ve had for quite some time. We chose the name Divots because we have an 11-year-old Calico cat already named Divot. Golf is literally part of our family identity on so many levels.”

“We chose Tru Golf as our technology partner because they are the best in the business. They’ve been the leading innovator of golf technology projects for 40 years now, and we are working with them to custom design our facilities using the best and latest products they offer. This will truly be a one-of-a-kind experience in Northeast Arkansas,” she added.

Greensborough Village, first announced in 2018, is a major residential, commercial, office development in Jonesboro’s northern section of the city.
