Chris Davis launches real estate investment firm

Bentonville businessman Chris Davis has launched a private equity real estate investment company that specializes in acquiring multifamily properties.
According to a Wednesday (May 31) news release, Davis Capital Partners is targeting accredited investors, offering a passive investment platform with a target of 15% to 20% average annual returns. The company plans to renovate and improve properties to protect investor capital and generate high-yield returns.
“I’m excited to leverage my nearly two decades of experience in real estate and customer service in this new venture,” Davis said in the news release. “Our mission is to provide the highest quality service and robust returns to our investors.”
Before establishing Davis Capital Partners, Davis worked for nearly 20 years in the mortgage business, which concluded with his retirement from Cornerstone Home Lending. He said he is now eager to take on the commercial real estate sector.
