Jones Aur Commercial Real Estate is expanding into Arkansas by opening a new office in Little Rock in April, the company announced Thursday (March 30).
Led by local market experts Kevin McCollum, Thomas Schmidt, and Jacob Spears, the office is expected to create opportunities for local growth and attract global brands to cities in Arkansas.
“We do business in all four corners of Arkansas,” said McCollum.
Jones Aur’s new office will serve landlords, tenants, investors, and developers from across the state, the company noted.
Jones Aur is a privately-owned commercial real estate brokerage founded in 2021 by Dustin Jones and Jonathan Aur, two top commercial brokers in Memphis.
