$2.3 million land deal tops real estate transaction list in Craighead County

Dean Lee LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County, from March 15 through April 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office.
The company spent $2.31 million to buy 35.6 acres. The deal included a land transfer in Randolph County. It was completed March 30.
S4 Jonesboro LLC made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. The company bought a fast-food restaurant for $2.31 million. The deal was completed April 8.
In the third largest real estate deal in the region, Cline Land Company LLC bought 121 acres. The deal was for $837,500 and it was completed April 6.
