“For 35 years, Seconds and Surplus has built a name in the Dallas market as the leader in discount building materials. I want to thank all our customers who supported us and trusted us with their building or remodeling needs. I know that I am placing the company in good hands, and I am confident that customers will continue to find the same great values and excellent customer service that they have relied on at Seconds and Surplus,” Seconds and Surplus owner and President Kevin Otto said.
The Seconds and Surplus locations will continue to operate under the same name in the Dallas market.

We are excited to welcome Seconds and Surplus into the E.C. Barton and Company family.”
