Car wash operator plans 2 NWA sites

Arkansas-based Splash Car Wash has identified multiple locations in Northwest Arkansas for expansion.
According to Washington County property records, the company paid $2 million for a 2.15-acre lot at the northwest corner of Old Missouri Road and Joyce Boulevard in Fayetteville. A limited liability company controlled by Lyndy Lindsey was the seller.
In Bentonville, Splash has under contract a 1.1-acre lot at 1005 S. Walton Blvd. The lot is part of a $9 million commercial redevelopment of an 8.68-acre blighted parking lot that was formerly home to George Nunnally Chevrolet. Commercial real estate and development firm Colliers Arkansas is leading that project.
Redbud Holdings LLC, a limited liability company, comprised of several entities including Colliers investors and members, paid $3.4 million for the property in October 2020.
Bradford Gaines is Colliers Arkansas’ director of new developments and is leading the expansion of Splash locations around Arkansas. Colliers is also providing property management for the facilities.
Gaines said the Bentonville car wash should be completed before the end of the year. The Fayetteville car wash is scheduled to open in spring 2023.
Splash maintains headquarters in Little Rock and operates 10 car washes throughout the state including Rogers. The company plans to open eight locations in 2022.
