Susan Blair, who has a 40-year career in bank marketing and communications, has joined DD&F Consulting Group in Little Rock as a principal of the firm, the company announced Monday (Jan. 24).
Blair will provide a wide range of marketing and communication services to DD&F clients, including marketing strategy and planning, product and pricing analysis, mergers and acquisition integration, public relations and media relations, product development and implementation, customer onboarding and retention strategies, and rebranding.
Most recently, Blair retired from Bank OZK where she served as executive vice president.
Blair has a B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Bank Marketing Association School of Advanced Marketing and Strategic Planning and is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America.
