Oklahoma’s largest independent real estate firm continues to make a push into Arkansas with a new office in Bentonville.

Tulsa-based McGraw Realtors entered the market in January 2020 through the acquisition of Anderson Properties, a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices affiliate. That established offices in Fort Smith and Greenwood. In August, the company opened an office in Hot Springs.

“When we moved into Arkansas last year, we knew that we wanted to be in Northwest Arkansas sooner rather than later,” said McGraw Realtors CEO Bill McCullough. “There is a buzz about this entire region, and the work that has been done to showcase what Bentonville and Northwest Arkansas as a whole has to offer is really appealing.”

Victoria Watson is the Bentonville office’s executive broker. Stephanie Funk also joined the company as an agent.

Susie Sparkman is the company’s principal broker in Arkansas, based in Fort Smith.

McGraw Realtors has grown from five to 19 offices in the past year. At the end of 2020, the firm had 723 agents and closed the year with a residential sales volume of $2.1 billion.

In its latest national rankings, industry magazine Real Trends ranked McGraw Realtors as one of the 10 fastest growing brokerages in the country in both volume and transaction sides.
