Connections: R&R Solutions in Gravette adds to C-Suite

Eric J. Nilsen is the new chief revenue officer for Gravette-based technology services provider R&R Solutions.
Nilsen previously held executive leadership roles with retailer and technology providers including IBM, Toshiba Commerce Solutions, Oracle and KPMG. Most recently, Nilsen was vice president of sales and delivery for Bossa Nova Robotics. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Davis and Elkins College in West Virginia and an MBA from Dowling College in New York.
Before joining the private sector, Nilsen served in the United States Marine Corps for six years as an air traffic controller.
R&R Solutions has 160 employees. John and Amy Rambadt founded the technology company in 1997 as a packaging and logistics services provider. It has evolved to offer IT services, including enterprise infrastructure development, point-of-sale electronics refurbishment, managed technology services and supply chain development.
