Fayetteville professional development firm Grandslam Performance Associates (GPA) recently changed its name to Serve2Perform. Adam Arroyos, the CEO who founded the consulting firm in 2012, said the change is to reflect “what we do, how we do it, and what differentiates us.”

GPA is a professional development firm that provides thought leadership, training and technology for companies. Serve2Perform is the name of the company’s online learning tool, designed to connect employees to skills training and professional development.

The company’s corporate website is now serve2perform.com and the technology platform changed to myserve2perform.com. Both websites are integrated into one and each be accessed through serve2perform.com.

The five-month rebranding project started this past November. Fayetteville-based creative and branding agency Blkbox assisted with the effort.

Serve2Perform has seven full-time workers and five part-time, in addition to advisers.
