Senior living center spends $10.25 million for rehab hospital

Liberty Park Senior Living of Jonesboro LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County between Nov. 15 through Dec. 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office.
Liberty spent $10.250 million to buy a rehab hospital on Red Wolf Boulevard. The deal was completed Nov. 18.
CSGBSH Valley AR LLC, made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. It bought Your Extra Closet mini-warehouse for $1.918 million on Southwest Drive. The deal was completed Dec 3.
In the third largest real estate deal in the region, FNBC Bank bought 1.3 commercial acres on Fair Park Boulevard. The deal was worth $1.169 million and was completed Nov. 20.
