Commercial acreage on Race Street sells for $2.95 million

Fair Park Crossing made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County between Aug. 15 and Sept. 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s office. Fair Park Crossing spent $2.95 million to buy 14 commercial acres on Race Street. The deal was completed Sept. 12.

Land Holding LLC, made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. It bought several apartments for $1.8 million at 200 E. School St. in Brookland. The deal was completed Aug. 29.
In the third largest real estate deal in the region, CPL Partnership bought 160 acres on County Road 436. The deal was worth $870,000 and was completed Sept. 13.
