What is the best business advice you have given? Just ignore the noise and do your absolute best.

What keeps you up at night or worries you the most? With two sons involved in the military, I am always thinking about the state of world affairs and the potential for conflict.

What is your “why?” Why do you get up in the morning, and what keeps you motivated? Our industry is always changing, and the variety of our work never gets old. There is something new to work on every day, and hopefully I can make a positive difference to someone else in the process.
