Class of 2019 Forty Under 40 Bailey Brandon Brokerage Coordinator Cushman & Wakefield/Sage Partners

A summer job in 2009 blossomed into a satisfying career for Bailey Brandon, who serves as assistant to the three top-producing brokers at Sage Partners in Rogers.

Brandon graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in human environmental sciences, concentrating on hospitality. She expected to work on the service side of the hospitality industry.

Because her dad was a developer, she was also familiar with that industry, and she took a summer job after graduation with Sage. At the time, there were five people in the Fayetteville office, and she sat at a reception desk in the hallway.

She became licensed as a real estate agent in 2012 and increasingly began helping with transactions. She can show properties, draft documents and deal with title companies. Her employers say she is essential for fostering client relationships and that she is a crucial player in developing the growth strategy for the office.

“They’ve given me an opportunity to become a broker, but I enjoy being behind the scenes, watching deals develop,” Brandon said. “This job just fit me, and I’m grateful for the guys who helped me develop a position to suit me and gave me room to grow. They’re amazing to work for.”

Already in 2019, Brandon has assisted with more than 100 transactions for clients including Mercy Hospital, Goodwill Industries, IberiaBank, Acme Brick and Transplace.

The Sage office is now in Rogers and has more than 40 employees.

A lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas, Bailey enjoys collecting food and packing meals for the Northwest Arkansas Food Bank and its Pack Shack. She is a board member of Tommy’s Nite Out, a recurring fundraiser for Sage partner Tommy Van Zandt.
