Beginning Saturday, June 1, through June 15, sports physicals will be provided free for middle and high school students in Benton and Washington counties, according to a news release from the health provider.

Northwest Health said there are no appointments necessary for students under the age of 18, but a waiver form must be signed by the parent or guardian.

Students participating in school sports and physical activities are required to have these annual physicals. Parents can get the form from the school or download online at NorthwestHealth.com/sports-medicine.

An updated list of locations offering these free physicals is also on that site. For more information, call 479-757-LIFE (5433).
