Bentonville software firm RevUnit has announced three promotions that will restructure its executive leadership team.

Josh Stanley, who joined the company as a result of the company’s acquisition of Teamvvork in May 2017, has been promoted to president. Joe Payne is the new chief operating officer and Will Bowlin is now chief technical officer.

The expanded senior leadership team will assume day-to-day management of the business, allowing company co-founders Joe Saumweber and Michael Paladino to focus on “nurturing key partnerships and mentoring emerging senior leaders,” according to a news release.

“These are talented, amazing people,” Paladino said in a statement. “We’re confident that they are up to the challenge of leading RevUnit as it continues to grow, while staying true to the core values that make us who we are.

RevUnit has offices in Bentonville and Las Vegas, and recently expanded to Austin, Texas. The company has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies for the past two years, and recently earned its second consecutive recognition on the Entrepreneur 360 listing of the best entrepreneurial companies in America.

“It’s exciting to see the business grow to the point that we need to build out a more robust executive team, and it’s just as exciting to see the personal growth of the leaders who have proven themselves ready to guide RevUnit to new heights,” Saumweber said in a statement.

Founded in 2012, RevUnit specializes in software products that help increase productivity, learning, communication and engagement in the workplace.
