Eagle Bank & Trust opens Fayetteville mortgage office

Privately owned Eagle Bank & Trust Co. of Little Rock has recently opened a mortgage office in Fayetteville. A formal ribbon cutting was held July 18 at the new location, 161 Van Asche Loop.
President and CEO Jeff Lynch said the office has eight full-time employees.
“Our name may be new [in Northwest Arkansas] but the folks working for us are not new,” Lynch said. “They have a good, solid customer base.”
Lynch isn’t unfamiliar with Northwest Arkansas, either. He spent nearly 15 years in the market, working for Arvest Bank for five years and later as president and CEO of Springdale-based United Bank from 2001 to 2009.
Lynch said Eagle Bank has added nine new loan production offices in the past six months in Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana and Idaho.
Eagle Bank has 14 branch locations in Arkansas and had assets of $405 million as of March 31, according to the FDIC.
