“I have high confidence in Ben’s ability to shape the future of Lofty as we continue to refine our service offerings and deliver exceptional value for our partners and clients,” said Kinsey, who assumed the role of CEO as part of Lofty Labs’ leadership changes.

Since he started as a part-time bookkeeper last year, Davis’ focus broadened to include the development of internal process for finance and business operations, as the company grew its employee base and logged revenue growth of more than 100% year-over-year, according to the company.

“Our team has accomplished great things in my time at Lofty Labs,” Davis said in the release. “Still, as a I approach my third year with the company, I am convinced that the best days lie ahead. I appreciate the opportunity to serve our team and our clients in this new roe.”

Before joining Lofty Labs, Davis founded the Arkansas Code Festival and served as an intern for the app company Basecamp in Chicago.
