Class of 2017 C Suite Michael Paladino CTO/Co-Founder RevUnit

Achievements: Growth from two to 60 employees in the first five years at RevUnit and 90% year-over-year revenue growth; serves as vice chairman of SAKE, a student-run nonprofit at the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business.

What is it that drives you in your career? At RevUnit, we get to help build technology that helps our clients #WorkBetter, and we constantly focus on working better within our own company. I also enjoy getting to participate in some of the different technology education initiatives, including the Bentonville Ignite and UA Global Campus IT Readiness programs.

What’s the last book you read? “The Phoenix Project: A Novel about IT, DevOps, and Helping Your Business Win.”

What is your favorite thing to do when you are not working? I enjoy spending time with my family (wife Leslie and two children, Gabby and Peter). We like to hike, play board games, ride bikes or even just hang out and watch the birds in our backyard.

What is your biggest passion, and why? My biggest passion is following Jesus Christ. I sometimes let other things get in the way, but this is the foundation on which I try to live my life.

What was your first job? Bagging groceries at a small neighborhood Harvest Foods after school. I enjoyed the interaction with some of the repeat customers and eventually worked my way up to produce manager by my junior year in high school.
