Sage Partners, Hunt Ventures property management and leasing division and Capital Properties have merged and will collectively be Sage Partners. The new company will manage more than 3 million SF and have 50 employees throughout Arkansas, according to a news release from Sage Partners.
“This move will allow us to leverage the skills and resources of Sage Partners to continue to grow and provide our clients with a fast-growing, high-quality real estate team,” Johnelle Hunt, chairwoman and owner of Rogers-based Hunt Ventures, said in the news release.
Sage Partners is now managing twice as much real estate as it did before the merger.

“We truly believe this merger creates greater market presence, efficiency and overall is a significant value add for all of our clients,” Marshall Saviers, president of Sage Partners, said in the release.
The new company’s partners will include Hunt, Shaw, Saviers, Tom Allen, Scott Audrain, Alex Blass, Gus Blass, T.J. Lefler, Mark Saviers, and Tommy Van Zandt.
Initially established in 2005 by Shaw, Van Zandt and Mark Saviers, Sage Partners is a commercial real estate company with offices in Fayetteville and Little Rock. It is the parent company of Sage Asset Solutions.
