Iron Mountain Opens Records Management, Shredding, Imaging Facility in Bentonville

Global storage and information management services company Iron Mountain Inc. is now operating a record storage, shredding and document imaging facility in Bentonville’s CrossMar Industrial Park at 4900 S.W. Regional Airport Blvd.
Iron Mountain signed a 10-year lease for approximately 40,000 SF in the 150,000-SF building, and has a total storage capacity of 416,000 cubic feet.
The Bentonville facility has four employees, led by operations manager Johnny Cochrane. He reports to the district manager/general manager, Mike Sheehan, who is based in Dallas.
Iron Mountain’s Bentonville facility manages records for about 130 local clients, according to marketing specialist Charly Hartley.
The company has 612 facilities in the United States, including one Arkansas location in Little Rock.
Hartley said a ribbon cutting and grand opening event is scheduled Oct. 12.
