New commercial development planned for west Springdale

Rogers-based 3PRG Real Estate has purchased three acres in west Springdale at the corner of Founders Park Drive and Sunset Boulevard for an undisclosed sum. CBRE of Fayetteville helped to broker the deal along with Sage Partners.
Plans for the new commercial development will include a 4,000 square foot stand alone restaurant for Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers. This will be the third location in the region for Freddy’s that already operates sites in Rogers and Fayetteville.
There will also be some ancillary retail development with this venture, though the company provided no details on the other space at this time.
“This acquisition represents another step in the fulfillment of a strategic Northwest Arkansas growth strategy. This strong brand will add value and amenities to the west Springdale market,” said Clinton Bennett, broker for CBRE.
