Gov. Hutchinson makes appointments to boards and commissions

The office of Gov. Asa Hutchinson announced on Friday (June 10) the following appointments to state boards and commission.

Dr. Deborah Mack, Bentonville, to the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy. Appointment expires June 30, 2021. Replaces Dr. Cheryl Bryant.

Dr. Shane Ford, Conway, to the State Board of Optometry. Appointment expires April 26, 2021. Replaces Dr. Dale Morris.

Judge Kirk Johnson, Texarkana, to the State Crime Laboratory Board. Appointment expires Jan. 14, 2018. Replaces Xollie Duncan.

Jeffrey Marcussen, Little Rock, to the Academic Facilities Review Board. Appointment expires August 6, 2018. Replaces Guy Pardew.

Chris Hart, White Hall, to the State Employment Security Advisory Council. Appointment expires at the Will of the Governor. Replaces Daniel Woods.

Colin Caldwell, Fayetteville, to the Elevator Safety Board. Appointment expires July 1, 2018. Open Position.

Kimberly Arnold, Conway, to the Children’s Behavioral Health Care Commission. Appointment expires August 15, 2018. Reappointment.

Jacquelin Brownell, Pea Ridge, to the State Board of Private Career Education. Appointment expires April 15, 2023. Reappointment.

Edward Moore, Prairie Grove, to the Individual Sewage Disposal Systems Advisory Committee. Appointment expires Oct. 1, 2019. Replaces Kevin Castleberry.

Lana Chronister, Hartman, to the Johnson Quorum Court District 4. Appointment expires Dec. 31, 2016.

H.E. “Bud” Cummins, Little Rock, as a Special Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Arkansas. CV-15-731 Gene Garner et al. v. Hot Springs Village Property Owners Association.  Replaces Justice Paul Danielson, who has disqualified himself from the case.

Misti Staley, Helena, to the Delta Cultural Center Policy Advisory Board. Appointment expires Oct. 1, 2018. Reappointment.
