Carney promoted to commercial banker for Arvest

Kristy Carney has been promoted by Arvest Bank to commercial banker at the Village On The Creeks location.

Carney has worked for Arvest Bank since she began as a teller in 2000. Since then, she worked her way through several different roles, including commercial loan assistant, consumer lender and private banking advisor.

“Kristy is a great example of the best qualities of Arvest associates,” said Mark Ryan, commercial loan manager for Arvest Bank in Benton County. “She has focused her education, knowledge and excellent judgment towards helping her clients get what they need from their financial goals.”

Carney is a 1999 graduate of Greenwood High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and banking from the University of Arkansas in 2006. She holds insurance and securities licenses for Arkansas and earned the designation of Qualified Financial Advisor in 2015.

She is a member of the board of directors for Ozark Natural Science Center and serves and an ambassador for the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce. Kristy resides in Rogers with her husband, Sean and daughter, Avery.
