Advanced Cabling Systems Acquires Missouri Company

Technology integration company Advanced Cabling Systems of North Little Rock has announced a definitive agreement to acquire fire alarm and security protection company Centralarm of Ozark, Missouri.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition will establish ACS’ southern Missouri office to better serve more than 500 clients throughout the state, according to a news release.
ACS was founded in 1997 and specializes in the design and installation of access control systems, network cabling, fire alarm systems, security and camera systems and wireless network systems.
The firm currently has more than 170 employees, and employs 25 people from its Lowell office at 811 N. Bloomington St.
It also has offices in Tulsa and Oklahoma City.
