Several promotions announced at First National Bank of Fort Smith

First National Bank of Fort Smith recently promoted Josiah Cotner, Stacy Hardgrave, K. DiAnn Hulsey and Brad Walker.

Cotner was promoted to appraisal review officer, and was previously a loan review analyst. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. He was active with Phi Beta Lambda and Sigma Belta Delta Chapters at UAFS.

Hardgrave was promoted to assistant vice president and will continue to work as the branch manager in Lavaca. She volunteers for Step Up, Speak Out, American Cancer Society Relay for Life, and Butterfield Retirement Home. Hardgrave also works with the Arkansas Comprehensive School Improvement Plan, the Lavaca Chamber of Commerce, and the Arkansas Consolidate School Improvement Plan. She and her husband have two children.

Hulsey was promoted to assistant vice president-call center manager. She was previously an assistant cashier/call center manager. She is involved with the United Way, and she and hr husband have three children.

Walker was promoted to assistant vice president-information technology. He was was previously an information technology officer. He earned a bachelor’s degree in information systems from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. He is a member of the River Valley I.T. Professionals, and he and his wife have two children.
