When Claire Meadors joined Saatchi & Saatchi X in January 2015, she knew immediately it was where she was meant to be.

The company culture is Meadors’ favorite aspect of the marketing firm.

“The people were one of the biggest surprises when I came to Saatchi. I just figured a corporate agency life would be buttoned-up suits every day,” but it’s not, she said.

“I hang out with these people on the weekends,” Meadors said. “It’s really neat to see how proud of each other we are within the work and then how we support each other outside of work.”

At Saatchi, Meadors says she learns something new every day. The digital media industry is constantly changing, and for her it’s a welcome challenge that encourages professional growth.

As associate digital & media producer, Meadors manages digital campaigns from start to finish for high-profile clients like Procter & Gamble Co.

“I never realized that I could produce work and be this proud of it. It’s so neat to see, for example, a Pantene banner ad that I pushed out on the internet,” she said.

As a side business, Meadors is a wedding coordinator through her company, Claire Elizabeth.

Meadors has never been one to shy away from taking on multiple endeavors at once. She worked throughout college and got her first job at age 15, through a hardship work permit.

In high school, a course on digital production piqued her interest in graphic design, and she was able to hone her skills during college while working toward her degree in advertising and public relations, which she earned in 2013 from the University of Arkansas.

Meadors loves to travel and is planning a trip to Europe in May.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading classic literature, the outdoors and anything creative, including painting.

“I like to think I’m creative at heart, but it’s not my whole job. And I’d like to keep it that way,” she said.

Meadors is also active at Harvest Bible Church in Fayetteville.
