The Board of Directors at Fort Smith-based ArcBest Corp. announced Wednesday (Jan. 27) a quarterly dividend of 8 cents per share to shareholders of record on Feb. 10, and payable Feb. 24.
The transportation and logistics holding company is set to announce fourth quarter and full-year earnings and revenue on Feb. 3 before the markets open. The consensus estimate among the 14 analysts who cover the company is that quarterly per share earnings will be 41 cents, below the 53 cents during the fourth quarter of 2014. The quarterly revenue consensus estimate is $652.52 million, below the $664,84 million in the 2014 quarter.
Company shares (NASDAQ: ARCB) closed Wednesday at $1977, down 52 cents. During the past 52 weeks the share price has ranged from a $43.68 high to a $16.43 low.
