Artists of Northwest Arkansas April Monthly Meeting

Join us for our April monthly meeting at Fayetteville Underground. Our presenter this month Wanda Roe, an award winning artist and poet. Wanda will conduct a demonstration of pastels.

Meet and greet starts at 6:30 pm. The program will start at 7:00 pm. Wanda Roe, award winning artist and poet, uses many mediums and enjoys trying new materials and techniques, but for her March presentation she will demonstrate her skill with pastels, showing materials and techniques necessary for creating your own magic with the pastel medium.

Wanda is a retired art educator. She taught high school art for 11 years and college art classes for 10 years and now teaches in her home studio in Pea Ridge, Arkansas. Wanda says her greatest joy has come from the success of students she has taught over the years, several of whom have received high recognition for their work in the arts.
