Great Strides – Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

Great Strides Fort Smith is a day of celebration! Start your Saturday morning off celebrating with us at beautiful Creekmore Park. We will have kids games, snacks, family fun and an exciting update about how far we have come in the fight against cystic fibrosis. It's the perfect opportunity for you to get involved with CFF!

You can participate by registering as a walker, joining a team or even starting your own team. We have room for all – family teams, corporate teams, church teams and more. We can't wait to see you there!
